How fast will my order arrive?

Your order will ship within 1 week of purchase. Exact delivery times vary by location. They're fastest in the U.S. and a bit behind internationally.

You'll get a shipping confirmation email or text message as soon as your order is on its way to you, and a way to track your package every step of the way from our hands to your door.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll get a confirmation email or text with a link to track your order.

You can also enter your Tracking # on the Track My Order page manually.

You will also receive a confirmation when your order has been delivered.

Can I change the address on my order?

Within 24 hours of placing your order, we can correct any typos in the street name or city of your order — please fill out this form and our team will get back to you ASAP.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course. If you changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, the sooner you contact us the better.

Email support@galaxylight.com within 24 hours of ordering or it might be too late to undo. We work hard to put Galaxy Light and Moon Lamp in your orbit as fast as possible.
